As a ginormous lover of mac & cheese and potatoes, Miner’s Mac & Spuds makes me very happy. While it doesn’t have a large menu like some other locations around property, it has enough to make any cheese and potato fan happy enough.
But if you’ve got any gluten free or vegan friends, this isn’t the place to be.
