To be quite honest with you, I don’t know what Timber Mountain Treats offers. What I will say is that after scouring the internet though that it seems to be closed in perpetuity with the potential to only open during seasonal events. If you happen to know, let me know!

In Calico Park, this stand is across from the ramp going directly to Log Ride Funnel Cakes.

I wasn’t able to find a posted menu outside or even inside of this spot. The likely thing is they used cards they rotate through so you never know quite what you’ll get that day here. But that’s just me speculating.
